Is payment by credit card secure? [ top ]

Yes. Payment for Opentracker.net by credit card is secured by Paypal. or WorldPay
We have processed thousands and thousands of transactions and never experienced a single instance of credit card theft.

Can I pay by purchase order or cheque? [ top ]

No. The payment is by credit card only, contact sales@opentracker.net.

Do I have to pay VAT? [ top ]

It depends on what country you are located in. If you are located in The Netherlands you will have to pay 19% VAT. Other European Union businesses are exempt from VAT if a valid VAT number is provided.

How often will I be billed? [ top ]

You can choose to pay for your account on an annual or monthly basis.

Where can I view my billing information? [ top ]

You can view billing information for your account on the "payments / billing" page. You can also login to your PayPal or WorldPay account to adjust your billing information, credit card info, etc, and to view your complete transaction history.

Why is the order form giving me an invalid credit card error? [ top ]

Can I order multiple accounts for the same URL? [ top ]

No. However, you can add extra 'users'. These users (with a unique email and password combination) can login and use Opentracker.net. You can also set unique permission levels on a per-user, per-site basis. Your account allows you to have as many users as you require. Opentracker.net reserves the right to limit the number of users within reason.

How do I keep track of multiple accounts? [ top ]

You can access all account and user information in your preference pages when you are logged in. Opentracker.net was built to make back-end administration simple and intuitive.

Can I use multiple credit cards under the same email? [ top ]

Yes. Through Paypal and WorldPay numerous payment options are available.

How do I cancel my account? [ top ]

Cancel your account or individual sites by logging in to your WorldPay or PayPal account and cancelling your billing cycle. Click here for WorldPay and here for PayPal. Once logged in you must directly cancel the subscription. This will cease billing effective immediately. We will receive a notification from WorldPay or PayPal and adjust our records.

Can I get a refund if I decide not to continue with my account? [ top ]

No. You can only cancel your subscription payments. This means that you will not be billed for the next payment-cycle. (For more information see pricing stuctures).
