I recently added the SSL script to our checkout pages using the following:
However, when the customer adds an item to their cart and moves to the checkout pages - it shows as a new visitor? refered by PtouchDirect.com. Is there a trick to have this work with Yahoo's cart - I kow the domain changes to order.store.yahoo.net/,,, is there anything I can do?

For visitors that move from a domain to a sub-domain, and vice-versa, it is possible to implement a fix that ignores the fact that domains are being crossed.
It is not possible to ignore movement from one domain to a completely different domain, because the system was built in order to detect this movement, and report it as referrals and exits.
In our feature request / development queue there is an item to 'ignore referrer?'. It seems likely that when this feature is built, it will be applicable in this situation.
