There is a bug in the recent and online visitors report. There are examples in our report where a visitor is shown staying for only 18 seconds but when we click the puppet it shows that the visitor actually stayed over a minute.

Thanks for posting. Last week, we had a server crash, making it impossible to load online visitor reports. We resolved this problem by purchasing an additional server, for the generation of reports.

At that time, there was a known bug, that many visitors would show up as "n.a." and their true times would only be seen by using the "refresh" or "reload" button.

This bug that you document is interesting. One point to keep in mind: the times which are shown on the list are the times that your visitor opened each page. We do not receive a message from a browser when a page is closed, only when it is opened. Therefore, it can take some interpretation to work out exactly how long a visit lasted.

To clarify what you are documenting so that we can investigate: the Online & Recent visitors table shows a visitor for 18 seconds, and when you examine the clickstream, you see a longer visit?
