SOLUTION: I got it all figured out. It seems that the Spyware Blaster program I use has default settings blocking access to Opentracker. Two quick clicks and a save (and a browser restart) and I was able to log on and reassign my payment. Thankfully I already got the receipt and am back to viewing stats.
