Hello Charente,
Thank you for posting and for your question.
I'll start by saying that coding links is always a very good idea. Opentracker functions primarily through the use of URLs, meaning that any customised url can be easily researched in the system. You can order your reporting by URL, page title, or both.
Monitoring external links is very straight-forward in the reporting system. Opentracker records every instance of a visitor following an exit link from your site to an external domain, and reports this information in several places.
One place is called Top Exit Lists. There is a distinction made between Top Exit Links (3rd party) and Top Exit Pages.
You can also view this information in the report called Visitors - Exiting.
Internally, you will be able to see how many people view any specific page with the Most Popular Pages report.
There is a helpful report called Top Files & Directories which you can use to see how your site is navigated, according to how your site is built. So, in this report you will be able to see how many people visited that different area of your site, where more information is presented about your advertisers.
We have recently built a Content Grouping feature which should go online in the coming months as well. We'll see about how this might help you in researching the data that you are looking for.
In the future we will make individual page reporting available, which will make this process easier.
Please read through this information, take a look at your reports, and post again for clarifications, with examples, etc. Perhaps we've not fully answered the question, so ask again!
