We are currently moving all services to servers located in the U.S.
Until now (Sept. 2003), the servers have been located at the Technical University Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
As of october 1 Opentracker.net will run from dedicated servers located in Texas, USA
Small Tech overview:
Opentracker runs on Dell dual / quad Xeon servers with a gigabit ethernet connection, running Linux Redhat 9. Technologies we use include mySQL, Apache, and Tomcat, among others.
Our servers are connected with more than 5 separate Internet Backbones for optimal uptime performance.
