A: Use the "exclude cookie" button on the "exclude visitors" page. This works per domain, per browser. In other words, for every browser / site combo, a separate "exclude cookie" command must be entered. So, for every computer from which you want to exclude visits, you need to login to opentracker and exclude the cookie for each site.
