How can I expand the date range for lookup of an IP address?

For some reason, when I enter the IP address to search, it only looks at a one day time frame. This seems to me to be some type of default setting.

If someone visited our website say 3 days ago, and then sends in an email today, I look look up the source IP from their email but I can't seem to get it to search any further back than one day.

How can I expand the time frame being searched.?

When you announced this feature, you may have posted instructions on how to use it but when I do a keyword search on all forums I can't seem to find it.

Thank you for posting.

I believe that the answer to the question is that it will be necessary for you to use the Options bar to Expand the view.

The report shows all known visits by the same ip address in reverse chronological order.

Due to configuration of the report, if the Results are Collapsed, it is possible that the visits will be shown under a single puppet.

Please take a look, and let us know if this does not solve your issue.
