What comes with the standard account package?

The difference between Standard, Commercial, Corporate, and Industrial accounts is the number of pageviews per month that can be tracked. The same features are provided with for all accounts. Please see the full features list.

Pricing table

A standard account covers traffic up to 100,000 pageviews per site/ per month.

See the table below if your site receives more than 100.000 page views per month.

You can measure your traffic to determine cost by signing up for a FREE four week trial. Pricing is based on monthly volume of traffic.

*Taxes within the European Union are not included. These prices are per site.

All prices include software hosting, data storage, unlimited webpages tracked, automatic version upgrades, and excellent online customer email support.

Opening an account

Upon creation of a trial account you will receive an email confirmation containing the following information:

• Administrator ID (your email address)
• Your unique Opentracker.net Javascript code
• Easy-to-follow set-up instructions to activate your account

Payment options

Activate your subscription with a payment when your 4 week trial ends
Payments can be made on a yearly or monthly basis

We accept secure payment for monthly and annual subscriptions through:

• WorldPay
• PayPal

High volume sites

Recording for high volume traffic is available, please email us for details.

Multiple sites

Opentracker was designed for scalability. Extensive back-end management tools make it simple to add multiple sites and manage users.

The system allows you to give colleagues & clients access to various site statistics, set permission levels, and administer billing per site (administrators only).

For example, if your web design firm or company manages or owns multiple sites, you can easily add these sites to your Opentracker account and administer all their statistics with one login.

Reseller information

The management tools detailed above under multiple sites can be used either to add additional sites to your account, or to become a reseller and provide your clients with statistics for their sites.

The reseller function is fully integrated into Opentracker. We encourage you to login to your account and add a few test sites & users to see how it works.

Payment upgrades

If your site has more pageviews than your account allows you to have (for more than 2 consecutive months), you will need to upgrade your account.

All charges billed to your credit card for each billing period are non-refundable. Subscriptions are not pro-rated. Currently we accept payments by credit card through WorldPay or by PayPal. If you do not wish to use a credit card, please note that PayPal accepts payment from a bank account in many countries.

Cancelling accounts

to cancel any subscription / payments, you simply login to your WorldPay or PayPal account and cancel the subscription. Easy: 2 clicks. Billing will cease immediately.

Our finance department made us write this:

Opentracker.net accounts are billed on the first day of each monthly or annual billing period. You may cancel your account at any time. ACCOUNTS ARE NOT PRO-RATED, if you cancel at any time during the month, you will be billed untill the end of the payment period.

If your billing period is May 1st to May 31st and you decide to cancel your account on May 14th, you will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the month of May.

If you want to cancel an account based on monthly payments, without incurring additional charges, you must do so by 5pm, CET, on the last business day of the month.

You can notify us at anytime during the month and we will set your account to cancel automatically on the last day of the month.

If you wish to cancel your account, you can do so at any time by clicking cancel on your payments page.

The same payment structure applies to accounts billed on a yearly basis.

NOTE: AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION - If we are unable to process your credit card (due to credit card information changes such as addresses and expiration dates, etc.) we will pause your account access until your card information has been updated and we are able to successfully bill your card for your outstanding balance. During this time, we will continue to collect your statistics, but you will not be able to access them until your account is paid in full. If your account remains outstanding for over 90 days, we will automatically cancel your account and you will no longer be able to access your statistics. In addition, any outstanding balance on your account for the 90 days prior to cancellation (for the period during which data was collected for your site) becomes immediately due.
