Payment: steps to subscription activation

1. Create a free trial using an email address (administrator)
2. Only the administrator can see payment / billing info
3. After 3 weeks you will be able to activate with payment
4. You will receive a 'payment notification' via email and be re-directed to a 'payment request' screen when you login
5. Use WorldPay or PayPal to activate your subscription
